Born on 15.4.1946 in Mürzzuschlag (Styria). Painter and sculptor; studied philosophy, ethnology, natural sciences, drawing lessons with Wolfgang Schaukal; primary school teacher, freelance artist and author since 1982. Exhibitions, including Neue Galerie and Kunsthaus (Graz), Palazzo Ducale (Mantua), Museumsquartier (Vienna); Art Prize of the Federal Ministry for Education and the Arts (1977); Scholarship Rome (1972), Scholarship Japan (2000), Art Prize of the City of Graz (2016).
