Sieber Irene
Born on 28.4.1932 in Graz, died on 24.8.2019 ibid. Raised as an orphan by her grandmother, attended primary, secondary and grammar school, the conservatory (piano) and the Anderl-Rogge Institute, as well as the School of Applied Arts in Graz; fled from the Red Army to Weißenbach an der Enns in 1945; worked in a law firm in Graz, chief secretary at RIUNIONE insurance company; 1958 state examination in shorthand typing; worked as a stenographer at the Styrian State School Board, later chief secretary and clerk in the compulsory school sector, from 1967 with editorial work for Verordnungsblatt, numerous reviews, retired from December 1993.
Publications: Fairy tales, short stories and novellas for adults, fairy tale books, fairy tale plays and environmental fairy tale books.
