Trauner Richard
Born on 27.8.1900 in Vienna, died on 31.5.1980 in Graz. Dentist and author; studied medicine at the University of Graz from 1918, continued his studies in Vienna from 1919, graduated in 1924; general surgical training at the First Surgical University Clinic from 1924 to 1927; pupil of his uncle Hans Pichler in oral and maxillofacial surgery; assistant at the maxillofacial ward from 1927 to 1947, lecturer from 1940; appointed professor in 1947, head of the University Clinic of Dentistry in Graz.
Publications include: Der Gast (1952), Der Nachruf (1979), Der Funke (2015).
