Book series Literature and Archive

The "Literature and Archive" series, edited by Petra-Maria Dallinger and Klaus Kastberger, is a cooperation project between the Franz Nabl Institute for Literary Research and the Adalbert Stifter Institute of the Province of Upper Austria/StifterHaus in Linz. In an annual jointly organized conference, international speakers explore questions that arise at the intersection of literature and archives and are of particular relevance in today's research. The aim is to examine the status of the literary archive and its holdings and to establish a common field of discussion between literary studies, archival studies, archival theory, cultural studies and the practice of the archive. A documentation of the results of the respective conferences will be published in print and in an open access form by the renowned academic publisher de Gruyter Berlin.
